Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to SimplSeason, a service operated by Eightninety. By creating an account or using SimplSeason, you agree to these terms.

Service territory

SimplSeason's paid services are offered only to customers located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. By purchasing a paid plan, you represent that you are located in this territory and have provided a valid U.S. billing address. We may decline, cancel, or refund a purchase that does not meet these requirements. SimplSeason does not currently market or offer paid services outside this territory.

Accounts and authorized access

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You may use SimplSeason only with accounts, pages, and information that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected browsers.

Payments

All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars. A valid U.S. billing address is required for paid service. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe, and your payment information is subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy policy. We may reject payments that originate outside the supported territory or otherwise fail our payment controls.

Acceptable use

You may not use SimplSeason to violate any law, access information without authorization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or attempt to circumvent account, territory, or payment restrictions.

Beta features and availability

SimplSeason may identify some features as beta, preview, or in development. Those features may change or be discontinued, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.

Third-party services

SimplSeason is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by GameChanger Media, Inc. Third-party products and services remain governed by their own terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
